Tim Wilkerson

Tim Wilkerson is senior vice president of the home services organization for The Home Depot. In this role, Tim oversees the largest home installation operations in the United States. Specific responsibilities include in-home sales, customer contact centers, as well as contractor sourcing, onboarding, and compliance.

Prior to this role, Tim was vice-president of the Merchandising Execution Team, where he was responsible for leading a team of more than 27,000 associates to deliver in-store merchandising solutions that drive sales, enable speed and create value for stores, suppliers, and customers.
​
Tim joined the Company in 1996 as an import distribution center assistant manager. He has held roles of increasing responsibility including shift manager, import distribution center manager, divisional director of logistics, senior manager of logistics, director of logistics, senior director of supply chain, district manager, regional vice president of the gulf region and vice president of store operations.
​
Tim is an active member of the community. He is a member of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta, Georgia Southern University Athletic Association, Kennesaw (GA) State University, The Center for Civil and Human Rights and The Atlanta Zoo. Tim previously served on the boards of INROADS and the Houston Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Tim is an active member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. Tim and his wife established the Tim & Camille Wilkerson Foundation that awards partial scholarships to minority students at his alma mater LaGrange High School in LaGrange, GA.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree in management from Georgia Southern University. Tim has taken several Executive courses at Emory University, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Stanford University. Tim and his wife Camille have been married for 29 years. They have four kids, Darius, Timothy II, Kalen, and Micah.
