Tonnice Charles is a senior operations executive with extensive experience in supply chain leadership roles across multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her diverse industry expertise spans Technology, Retail, Healthcare, and Financial Services.

At Owens & Minor, Tonnice served as the Operating Vice President of Category Management. During her tenure, she was responsible for evaluating new business opportunities in products and suppliers, executing manufacturer programs, and developing pricing strategies. She managed a $2B portfolio, driving growth and profitability through strategic initiatives and effective category management.

Tonnice holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, playing golf, and volunteering for causes she is passionate about. Recently, she was selected to serve on the Advisory Committee for First Tee Greater New Orleans, reflecting her commitment to community service and leadership development.
